2.2 Information collected automatically

2.3 Digital product orders
When you buy a digital product, we store the order number, product, amount, payment status and the contact details you entered so we can fulfill the order, send files, provide support and keep accounting records. Razorpay processes the payment and may collect card, UPI, net-banking or wallet data on its checkout. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
2.4 What we do not collect on our forms
We do not ask for payment card numbers through the public website contact form or our product checkout form. Digital-product billing is handled by Razorpay. Project billing for custom work, if any, uses a payment method agreed in writing.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and discuss Shopify development, redesign, custom work, migration or maintenance
- Create and fulfill digital-product orders, email files and provide related support
- Prepare proposals, estimates and project communication

Transactional email is not marketing consent. Confirmation and project-related emails after a form submission are transactional. They do not subscribe you to a newsletter unless you separately opt in where that option is offered.
