Services overview
NP SoftTech provides Shopify-focused services for D2C brands and agencies, including store development, store design and redesign, custom features and integrations, migrations, conversion-focused improvements, and monthly maintenance or support. We also sell digital products on this Website (for example Shopify sections) and may publish own products, source codes and educational content.
We may modify, pause or discontinue any Website feature or publicly described service offering without prior notice. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for client work are defined only in a written proposal, statement of work or contract.
Website use
Content on this Website is general information about NP SoftTech and related topics. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice. Starting prices and examples are indicative and may change based on scope, region and requirements.
Submitting a contact form creates a business inquiry, not a binding contract. We may decline projects that are not a fit.
Your obligations

Client project ownership is handled in the project agreement. Custom work delivered for a paid engagement follows the ownership and licence terms confirmed in writing for that project. Digital products sold on this Website follow the licence on the product page. Product and source-code items sold through third-party marketplaces follow that marketplace licence.
Digital products
When you buy a digital product on this Website (such as a Shopify section), you purchase a licence to use the files, not a custom project. Completing checkout, including the required policy checkbox, is electronic acceptance of these terms plus the product page, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
- Files are emailed only to the registered checkout email. We will not send them to any other email
- After we send the files to that registered email, the purchase is not refundable
- You confirm you have authority to buy for the store or business named at checkout
- You must enter an email you can open. A wrong email is your responsibility
- There is no instant download. Delivery is by our team during stated support hours
- Theme support is as stated on the product page (typically Online Store 2.0 sections and blocks)
- Paid install help and custom changes are separate and quoted after purchase
- The price shown at checkout is the amount payable. Applicable taxes, if any, are included in that price unless the product page says otherwise
- Digital products are supplied as described on the product page. We do not promise sales, conversion or fit with every custom theme
Licence and acceptable use
Unless the product page says otherwise, the licence covers one live Shopify store. You may edit the files for that store. You may not:
- Resell, rent, sublicense or publish the files as your own product or marketplace listing
- Share the files with another merchant, freelancer marketplace buyer, or a second store that is not licensed
- Ask us to email the files to someone who is not the registered buyer so they can reuse the licence
We may refuse support or further delivery if we reasonably believe the files are being shared beyond the licence. That does not create a refund right after the files have been sent to the registered email.
Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please review those pages to understand how we handle personal information.
Inquiries, estimates and payments
Estimates shared before a signed agreement are informational. Final pricing depends on confirmed scope. For paid services:
- Fees, milestones and refund rules (if any) are stated in the project or retainer agreement
- Published starting prices on the Website may change without notice
- Payments for client work are processed through methods we agree with you in writing
- Digital-product payments on this Website are processed by Razorpay. Prices and checkout details are shown on the product page
- Unless the agreement says otherwise, fees paid for completed milestones are non-refundable
- Digital-product refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NP SoftTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or reliance on Website content.
Liability related to paid client services is limited as stated in the relevant project or retainer agreement. For digital products, after files are sent to the registered email our responsibility is limited to resending the same files to that same email if they did not arrive or did not open. Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Website terms overrides mandatory consumer protections that cannot be excluded by law.
Third-party links
The Website may link to Shopify, tools, partners, case references or other external resources. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party sites.
Termination of Website access
We may suspend or block access to the Website, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe use violates these terms, harms the site, or creates risk for other users or NP SoftTech.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory rules that cannot be waived, disputes arising from Website use or digital-product purchases are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
Project contracts may specify additional commercial terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Website terms on a project matter, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
